
SOUTHINGTON, CT — A local man who was ticketed for a wayward cow in July has now been issued a blight infraction, according to police records.
Samuel Manzo's name appeared in the latest police blotter for a blight ordinance violation issued on Sept. 18.
Manzo, 56, of Southington, was issued an infraction in July for “intentionally or recklessly releasing an animal that causes property damage.” One of his cows was wandering around a neighborhood, police said.
