No Parking On Main Street: Southington PD
A temporary parking ban will go into effect Friday due to construction in the area.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — Local police are warning motorists that parking on a section of Main Street will not be allowed so as to facilitate construction projects on boths sides of the road.
The Southington Police Department posted an announcement Thursday evening saying that, starting Friday Dec. 2, there will be no parking on Main Street from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The no parking order will apply from Vermont Avenue to Berlin Avenue, police said.

Police said the temporary parking ban could be in effect until Wednesday, Dec. 7, but the SPD would be providing updates.
