Police: Middletown Man Arrested After Threatening to Hit Southington Cop
The incident happened after a motor vehicle accident involving another vehicle.
A Middletown man was arrested after he allegedly threatened to hit a police officer following a motor vehicle accident.
Dominick Damico, 34, was arrested on July 3 after an accident on Meriden Avenue., according to the Record Journal.
He became upset when officers told him his car would have to be towed. He allegedly took out a baseball bat and threatened to hit officers. He was subsequently arrested.
