Police said an investigation revealed that Fisher, a district-wide technology assistant, was involved in an argument with her supervisor after the supervisor addressed Fisher about being late for work.

Fisher allegedly punched the supervisor in the face, attempted to punch the supervisor in the face a second time and then threw a cup of coffee at the supervisor as the supervisor turned to run from Fisher.

The supervisor fell to the ground and Fisher was observed trying to bang the supervisor's head against a wall and she was also observed kicking the supervisor, police said.

A parent who was dropping off a student and staff members intervened and pulled Fisher away, police said.

The supervisor reported head, face and back pain and was transported to a local hospital by ambulance for medical treatment, police said.

As a result of this incident, the school was placed in "Secure School Mode" for a short time, police said.
