Road Closed In Southington For Utility Pole Repairs: Police

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Local police are urging motorists to plan accordingly Monday afternoon on Kensington Road after a utility pole was damaged.

According to an alert issued by the Southington Police Department at 3:33 p.m. Monday, a section of Kensington Road will be shut down for repairs.

Police said the area will be closed to through traffic from the Berlin town line to Andrews Street and detours have been posted to assist.
