Savage Street Road Work Set To Begin In Southington

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Savage Street in Southington is scheduled to be closed starting next week for road construction, police said.

The work will take place beginning April 11 between Meriden Avenue and Blue Hills Drive. Completion should be in four to six weeks, officials said.

The work is slated for 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Road closure and detour signs will be in place, police said.
