Silver Alert Issued for Missing Southington Teen

SOUTHINGTON, CT - Police have issued a silver alert for a Waterford teenager who has been missing since Monday, January 9.

Makiyah Henderson is described as a black 14-year old female with black hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5 feet and 3 inches tall, and weighs approximately 150 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, a brown fabric coat with a hood and gray sweatpants with the word "Boston" written down the side.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Waterford Police Department immediately.
