Southington Makes Decision on Tuesday School Schedule

A forecast for high heat and humidity has caused a schedule change for some Southington schools.

Southington Public Schools has called for an early dismissal at the elementary schools due to a forecast of high heat and humidity.

The middle and high schools will operate on a normal schedule because they have air conditioning.

There will be no p.m. preschool on Tuesday.

School officials warned for a possibility of an early dismissal on Wednesday as well.

Late Elementary

8:55 – 1:30
