The victim attempted to leave the area as Forgione approached in his vehicle beeping the horn, according to a police report.

He then allegedly followed the victim on several streets over 3.5 miles and the victim eventually dialed 911, according to a police report. He apparently did an about-face when he saw the victim pick up the phone, according to a report.

He appears to be sticking out his tongue at the police booking camera in his arrest mug shot.

Fogione was arrested for incidents involving the same person on Jan 2, Jan. 8 and Jan. 10, according to police records. The Jan. 10 incident involved Forgione blocking a driveway, police said.
