Southington Police Bust Alleged Underage Drinking Party at Motel 6

Southington Police busted a loud party at the Motel 6 on Queen Street and found that several underage people were in possession of alcohol.

Officers were summoned to the Motel 6 on Jan. 17 around 12:45 a.m. on a report of a loud party, said Sgt. Jeffrey Dobratz, police spokesman.

Nine minors between the ages of 18 and 20-years-old and two 17-year-olds were found in the room. all were issued infractions for possession of alcohol by a minor. The group was composed of Southington, Bristol and Plantsville residents.
