John Nelson Marcuccio, 33, of Vermont Terrace, Southington, was charged with illegal use of a facsimile firearm; disorderly conduct; third-degree assault; second-degree threatening; and second-degree reckless endangerement at 2:40 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 22.
Irene A. Macdonald, 66, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 9 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 23.

Feb. 23
Dane Penksa, 24, of Prospect Street, Southington, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 8:43 p.m. He will appear in court March 9.
Miguel Narvaez, 32, of Woodtick Road, Waterbury, was charged with the illegal sale/manufacturing of a controlled substance; illegal possession of narcotics; carrying a pistol without a permit; alteration of firearms identity; illegal possession of weapons in a motor vehicle; illegal sale/purchase of a large-capacity gun magazine; third-degree hindering prosecution; criminal possession of a firearm; second-degree reckless endangerment; illegal operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license; reckless driving; evading responsibility; and illegal use of tinted glass at 2:02 p.m. He will appear in court March 10.
Tyrek Jordan, 24, of Ive Street, Waterbury, was charged with violation of a standing criminal protective order and third-degree assault at 3:58 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 24.
Cindy Sordi Dos Santos, 25, of Meriden Waterbury Turnpike, Southington, was charged with violation of a standing criminal protective order at 1:31 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 24.

Marcelo Frias-Valle, 52, Ethel Street, Roslindale, Mass., was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 10:47 p.m. He will appear in court March 10.
Feb. 25
Kelly Anne Armas, 38, of Southington Avenue, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and following too close at 2:15 p.m. She will appear in court March 10.
Marc Richard Caputo, 46, of Rye Hill Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 12:58 a.m. He will appear in court March 10.
