Southington Town Councilor To Appeal Ethics Board Ruling: Report
The town's Ethics Board has ruled that Councilor Tom Lombardi violated the ethics code when he voted on the proposed solar array project.

Southington Town Councilor Tom Lombardi reportedly will appeal an Ethics Board ruling that would prevent him from voting on Greenskies solar energy matters.
The appeal follows an ethics board ruling in September that Lombardi violated the town’s Code of Ethics when he voted against stopping the solar array project at Hatton School, a project that is being developed by Greenskies and is affiliated with Lombardi’s employer, Centerplan Development, according to the MyRecordJournal.com.
Lombardi is expected to appeal the ethics board ruling to his fellow Town Council members at a meeting next week.
