Three-Vehicle Wreck Cleared In Southington: Update

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A multi-vehicle wreck on Interstate 84 had caused some traffic issues for commuters late Friday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports a three-vehicle crash on I-84 east had closed the left lane to traffic while responders tended to the scene.

DOT officials reported the accident was between exits 28 and 30 at about 10:12 a.m.

According to the DOT, it was reported "cleared" by 11:01 a.m.
