Jackknifed TT In Plainville Cleared: UPDATE

PLAINVILLE, CT — A tractor-trailer had jackknifed on a snowy Interstate 84 in Plainville, causing traffic nightmares beyond Tuesday's major snow event, but it was finally cleared after a couple hours.

The state Department of Transportation reports the accident happening on I-84 East between exits 32 and 33.

This had resulted in the right three lanes being closed as crews contended with the snow and the crash scene.

The accident was first reported at 8:30 a.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT accident report list.
