140 THC Cartridges Nabbed In South Windsor Vehicle Stop: Warrant
A Tolland man has been booked on drug charges in South Windsor.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A trail that began with a Manchester road rage incident and ended with a traffic stop in South Windsor has left a Tolland man with drug-related charges, authorities said.
South Windsor police on Monday arrested Vincent Bovino, 19, of Tolland, on an active warrant after he was picked up by Hartford police on motor vehicle-related charges, according to a report. Bovino was charged in South Windsor for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug Factor and possession of greater than a half-ounce of cannabis.
According to a report, Bovino's charges stem from a November 2019 road rage incident in Manchester.

A suspect in the case, Bovino was located in South Windsor, and a subsequent search of his vehicle yielded 14 grams of marijuana, 140 individual THC cartridges, and an aerosol can of butane, which police said is commonly used to extract THC oil from marijuana plant material, a report says.
Bovino posted a $100,000 surety bond and was to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Wednesday.
