SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Three Hartford men and a West Hartford woman were arrested early Tuesday morning after being found in possession of a catalytic converter, a Sawzall and several blades as their vehicle was leaving a condominium complex on Candlewood Drive, according to police.
Arrested were Jeremi Quiroz-Encarnacion, 23; Dyshawn Jiles, 20; Duane Holmes, 22; and Aubrey Mangene, 19. Each was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree larceny, Sgt. Mark Cleverdon said.

Officers stopped a vehicle leaving the lot, and located a Sawzall, several Sawzall blades and a catalytic converter inside the vehicle, Cleverdon said.
