• Truck Rollover Closes I-291 Ramp To I-91 South (patch.com) — Drivers in South Windsor faced major delays after a tractor-trailer rolled over on the I-291 westbound ramp to I-91 south, spilling diesel fuel and closing the ramp Monday afternoon. South Windsor firefighters, state police, DEEP, DOT and local EMS all responded as crews worked to clean up the spill and remove the truck, with no reopening time initially available.

• Volleyball Recap: Make It Six in a Row for Bristol Central (maxpreps.com) — South Windsor High School's volleyball team battled hard but fell 3–0 to Bristol Central, despite scoring at least 18 points in every set and strong efforts from players like Riley Haberern and Keira Botticello. The loss extends the Bobcats' skid to nine straight matches, and they'll try to rebound in their next matchup against Wethersfield on Monday evening.
