• Truck Rollover Closes I-291 Ramp To I-91 South (patch.com) — Drivers in South Windsor faced major delays after a tractor-trailer rolled over on the I-291 westbound ramp to I-91 south, spilling diesel fuel and closing the ramp Monday afternoon. South Windsor firefighters, state police, DEEP, DOT and local EMS all responded as crews worked to clean up the spill and remove the truck, with no reopening time initially available.
