SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — For the third time in less than a week, a resident of South Windsor has struck big money on a CT Lottery game.

Thomas Olbrias turned a $10 investment in a 10X Cash 13th Edition scratch ticket into a $10,000 prize. He bought the ticket at the Stop & Shop supermarket at 1739 Ellington Road, and claimed his winnings Monday.

The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
