The officers learned that the dispute stemmed from previous argument the two men had several months ago over a small amount of marijuana, a report says.

On Tuesday the suspect located and fought with the victim, cut him during a struggle, took the victims’ cell phone and car keys, and fled, according to a report.

Luke Beland, 19, of South Windsor, was charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree assault, interfering with an officer, and marijuana possession.
