SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A $5 investment in a CT Lottery scratch ticket paid off handsomely for a South Windsor man recently, as he took home the top prize amount of $50,000 in the Super Cashword 21 game.
Antony Parappilly bought his lucky winning ticket at Wethersfield Liquor on the Silas Deane Highway. He claimed his winnings Tuesday.
