Car Slams into Bank in South Windsor

The South Windsor Building Department was at the scene inspecting the structure.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A bank branch is South Windsor showed how secure it was on Wednesday morning.

Police said they responded to the United Bank facility on on Ellington Road when a driver mistakenly pulled forward and struck the building.

There were no injuries and the bank building did not sustain any significant damage, police said.
