CPTS Offering Complimentary Health and Fitness Assessment
Comprehensive Physical Therapy Solutions Celebrating Three-Year Anniversary
In celebration of its three-year anniversary, Comprehensive Physical Therapy Solutions LLC (CPTS) of Manchester is offering a complimentary health and fitness assessment through the end of August.
The assessment includes taking blood pressure, resting heart rate, body mass index, the percentage of body fat, and resting metabolic rate; determining fitness goals and ideal body weight; and explaining the importance of caloric balance.
Leah Blaney, who is interning at CPTS, is doing the assessments. She is majoring in exercise science at Central Connecticut State University where she will be a senior this fall. She plans to attend a doctor of physical therapy program after graduating.

CPTS is located at 485 Hartford Road in Manchester. Owner Audra Flint Ricci, of South Windsor, has been a licensed physical therapist for 24 years and holds a Master’s degree in physical therapy from Simmons College in Boston.
