East Hartford Woman Accused of DUI in South Windsor

An East Hartford woman was recently arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol in South Windsor.

South Windsor police arrested Jenna Caetano, 20, of 200 Nutmeg Lane in East Hartford, Oct. 19 on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain proper lane.

A South Windsor police officer stopped a vehicle on Sullivan Avenue for a violation at about 2 a.m. on Oct. 19, according to a press release.

The officer suspected that the operator was under the influence of alcohol and following a series of roadside sobriety tests officers, Caetano was arrested, according to police.

Caetano was later released on a $500 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Oct. 27.
