Here's what you need to know in order to vote in Tuesday's election in South Windsor

Which candidates and what issues are on the ballot?
On Tuesday voters will mark their choices for president of the United States, U.S. senator, representative in U.S. congress, state senator and state representative.
Additionally, South Windsor residents will vote on five local questions. Read about the questions here.

Candidates for 14th District State Representative are: Bill Aman and Carol Driscoll.
Candidates for 3rd District State Senator are: Gary LeBeau and Hector Reveron.

Where can you vote?
Voters in South Windsor are assigned to a polling location when they are registered to vote.
South Windsor will use the following polling locations:
- Pleasant Valley School- District #1
- Eli Terry School - District #2
- South Windsor High School - District #3
- Philip R. Smith School - District #4
- Timothy Edwards Middle School - District #5
When can you vote?
Like the rest of Connecticut, polls in South Windsor are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Presidential elections often draw the largest voter turnouts and can cause long waits before casting a ballot, so take a moment to plan when you'll head to the polls.
Are you a registered voter?
Unfortunately, it's too late to register to vote if you haven't already. But you can check to make sure you're all set to cast a ballot Tuesday — or, at the very least, save a fruitless trip to the polls if you aren't registered.
