Enfield Man Had Heroin In Car: South Windsor Police
The man was arrested following a motor vehicle stop.

An Enfield man faces drug charges following an arrest in South Windsor over the weekend.
Jonathan Rival, 32, of 296 Abbe Road in Enfield, was arrested June 27 on charges of possession of narcotics and operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended.
South Windsor police say an officer stopped a suspicious vehicle driven by Rival on Governors Highway. During the interview, the officer learned that Rival’s license was suspended.

The officer saw small baggies in the vehicle that later tested positive as heroin, according to police.
Rival was later released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on July 9.
