Now in its third year, the South Windsor FOOD Alliance planning team has developed the NEW Healthy Community Workshops for 2017. The purpose of this series is to provide information about healthy eating, healthy behaviors, and to help promote a healthy lifestyle. This year we have eight workshops

that follow the concepts of: ‘you are what you eat’ and ‘moving is medicine’ and 'mindfulness is now'.

We hope you will join us for these educational, exciting and energizing programs.
