The United Church Women’s group of the First Congregational Church of South Windsor will hold its annual Holiday Fair on November 30th and December 1st at 993 Main Street. On Friday, November 30th doors will open for a preview sale from 5:00 - 8:00 pm with $5.00 admission. Saturday, December 1st, the doors will be open from 9am – 2 pm with free admission. This holiday event features hand made goods, wooden crafts, fudge and candy, home baked treats, Vintage Jewelry, a Treasure Trove, Ornaments and Decorations, Grandma's Attic Tag Sale, Rada Cutlery Ordering, Cemetery Baskets & Fresh green centerpieces and much more. Homemade soup r will be available for Friday evening. Santa will be available for pictures from 10 – 12:00 on Saturday. The Café will be open on Friday (5:00 - 7:00 p.m.) serving a soup supper for Eat In or Take Out. On Saturday (10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.), we will offer loaded potatoes, chili, and hotdogs. Raffle tickets will be sold for 8 themed baskets and there will be a number of interesting silent auction items. The Raffle drawing will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, winners need not be present.
