Joanne Sullivan visits South Windsor Democrats

Joanne Sullivan, the President of the National Federation of Democratic Women and Delegate to the Democratic National Convention in 2016, visited South Windsor this past week and offered her thoughts not just on the Federation, but of equal interest, women in politics.
