Korean War Veteran from South Windsor Receives Medal
U.S. Rep. Joe Courtney presented the medals at a ceremony at Enfield Town Hall Monday morning.
ENFIELD, CT - U.S. Rep. Joe Courtney presented medals to 16 area Korean War veterans Monday, including one from South Windsor.
Each recipient, or a family member if deceased, was awarded the Korean Ambassador for Peace Medal, presented by the government of South Korea.
