- Jose Luis Ortiz, 39, of Windsor, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane, according to a report. Ortiz was pulled over and failed standardized field sobriety tests, according to a report.
Oct. 13
- Matthew W. Mierez, 31, of East Windsor, was charged with third-degree assault as a result of an altercation with a family member, according to a report.

- Ryan A. Tomel, 30, of South Windsor, was arrested after he was found to have fled the scene after striking a mailbox with his vehicle, according to a report. Tomel was charged with evading responsibility and operating under suspension for the crash and with interfering after he refused to comply with officers on scene, according to a report.
Oct. 15
- South Windsor police arrested Sheldon A. Anderson, 30, of New Britain, on warrant and charged him with the illegal use of a payment card, according to a report. Anderson’s charge stems from the improper use of a credit card without authorization from a former employer, police said.
- Steven James Peterson, 30, of South Windsor, was charged on a warrant for violation of probation, according to a report.
