South Windsor Police Charge 3
The arrests were reported between Friday and Sunday, according to South Windsor police.
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — South Windsor police reported three recent arrests in separate cases involving harassment, identity theft and a suspected drunken driving incident, according to police.
Harassment Case
Kerri Lynn Dirgo, 37, of New Britain, was arrested Friday on an active arrest warrant charging her with second-degree harassment, police said.
The charge stems from a February investigation in which police determined Dirgo made several harassing phone calls and sent harassing text messages to the victim and the victim's workplace, even after receiving a police warning, according to police.

Forged Check Investigation
Noel Montanez, 28, of East Hartford, was arrested Friday on an active warrant charging him with third-degree identity theft and second-degree forgery, police said.
The charges stem from an April investigation into a forged check that police said was attempted to be cashed at an Ion Bank in Farmington using the victim's identity.
Police said Montanez was identified as the suspect and an arrest warrant was obtained. He was taken into custody by East Hartford police and transferred to South Windsor police custody.
Montanez was processed and released on a $10,000 surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on June 24, police said.
DUI Charge
Ramon M. Martinez, 36, of Manchester, was arrested Sunday after South Windsor police responded to a report of an erratic driver in the area of Ellington Road and Candlewood Drive, police said.
Police said officers found the vehicle and identified Martinez as the driver. During the investigation, officers believed Martinez was under the influence of alcohol, according to police.
Martinez consented to standardized field sobriety tests and failed or was unable to complete them, police said. Police also determined Martinez struck a street sign in the area of 1635 Ellington Road.
Martinez was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane, police said.
He was processed and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on June 22, according to police.
