SOUTH WINDSOR, CT – A Massachusetts man has been arrested in connection to car burglary in South Windsor last September.

South Windsor Police arrested Jeffrey Linnell, 22, of 52 Lake George Road, Wales, Mass., on an arrest warrant on March 14. He was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and fifth-degree larceny.

Police said Linnell’s charges stem from a September 2014 vehicle burglary that occurred on Greenwood Drive.
