Man Stole $1.2K Worth of Power Tools from Relative: Police
South Windsor Police arrested the man on a warrant following an investigation.

An East Hartford man is accused of stealing $1,200 worth of power tools from a relative over the summer.
South Windsor Police arrested Kevin Callahan, 44, of 152 Ellington Road, on Jan. 18 on an arrest warrant.
Callahan was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny.

Police said the charges stem from an incident that occurred in July. A relative told police that Callahan entered his locked shed and stole $1,200 worth of power tools.
Police said the victim confronted Callahan, who gave him several pawn slips indicating where the tools had been sold.

Investigators later obtained an arrest warrant for Callahan that was served Monday morning.
Callahan was held on a $50,000 surety bond and was presented at Manchester Superior Court on Tuesday, Jan. 19.
