• Stafford Contractor Charged With Burglary After Returning To South Windsor Home To Steal Money (fiorreports.com) — South Windsor police say a Stafford resident was arrested after allegedly returning to a South Windsor home where he'd done electrical work and entering while the occupants were away. Officers quickly identified and detained the suspect nearby, and he now faces multiple burglary-related charges while presumed innocent. The case is scheduled for Manchester Superior Court.
