Registry Refusal Leads to Charges for 22-Year-Old
A man was caught not registering as a sex offender, police said.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A 22-year-old who police said has refused to register as a sex offender since a 2016 conviction is due in court on Thursday after his arrest last week.
On March 21, 2018 South Windsor Police picked up Thomas Reault, who lives at 528 Woodbridge St., Manchester, on a warrant.
He was charged with two counts of failure to register as a sex offender. Reault’s charges stem from his failure to notify the state Sex Offender Registry Unit of his address change, police said.
