Reminder: South Windsor Memorial Day Parade on Monday

The South Windsor Memorial Day Parade will be held Monday May 25, 2015. The parade route is from the staging area on South Satellite Road to Nutmeg Road South to Pleasant Valley Road. The parade will then proceed into Veterans Memorial Park for a memorial ceremony.

The one mile parade route will be closed to vehicle traffic beginning at 9:45 a.m., and will reopen at 12:00 noon. Persons attending the parade can park on side streets and at Veterans Memorial Park, however the parking area will be closed during the ceremony, traffic may not exit the park until the ceremony concludes.
