Chloe R. Zuccaro, 34, of South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence and following too closely, 1:03 a.m.

Benjamin D. Dematos, 36, of Simsbury, was charged with operating under the influence, interfering with an officer and drinking while driving, 1:03 a.m.
Emily Fitzpatrick, 32, of Milford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 11:05 a.m.

Judd D. Carragher, 37, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 11:17 a.m.

Jorge L. Ortiz-Martinez, 34, of South Windsor, was charged with risk of injury to a child (four counts), first-degree burglary, criminal attempt to commit first-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and violating a protective order (three counts), 3:32 a.m.
