DUI Arrest

Police charged a Windsor woman with DUI after he was stopped Dec. 17 for a violation.

Jaime Sataraka, 35, failed field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest, according to police.

She was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, driving without insurance and making a restricted turn.

South Windsor Police arrested a local man following a domestic dispute.

Police learned of a the dispute that took place on Dzen Way. They tracked the suspect, David Thoman, 60, to a Manchester hotel.

He allegedly struck a woman, smashed her phone to prevent a 911 call from being made and then fled the scene of the domestic, police said.

He was charged with breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.
