South Windsor Field Hockey Ties Conard

The South Windsor High field hockey team earned a tough draw against Conard on Sept. 20.

Neither team could solve the other’s defense in the match that ended in a 0-0 tie.

It was an impressive defensive performance for South Windsor considering that the Chieftains had scored 6 goals in the previous two games. 

South Windsor goalie Caitlin Gilligan earned the clean sheet for the Bobcats.

So far this season, the Bobcats have yielded just two goals in four games, but have just a 1-1-1-1 record to show for it.
