South Windsor Girls Soccer Earns Another Win

Defeats Wethersfield on the road.

The South Windsor High girls soccer team earned its third consecutive victory by defeating Wethersfield 3-0 on Wednesday in Wethersfield.

Dani Karpiej and Kat Comeau gave the Bobcats a 2-0 lead before halftime, and Becca Karlins rounded out the scoring in the 66th minute.

Auna Harvey, Karpiej, and Lauren Biancardi all assisted on goals.

Goalkeeper Kristina Russo earned her second consecutive clean sheet, making four saves on the day.

Wethersfield goalie Summer Budaj made five saves.
