South Windsor Headache Care Center Opens

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT - The Headache Care Center PLLC opened in South Windsor last month in an effort to provide more individualized headache medical care. The center said in a statement that it will focus on education and modern and complementary medicine. The center is run by Gretchen Michaelson.

It has been estimated by the World Health Organization that up to 50% of the adult population suffers from headache disorder. Michaelson has offered neurological medical care to people around the Hartford region with the Hartford Headache Center, LLC and ProHealth Physicians in East Hartford. She has been nationally certified by the National Headache Foundation as a specialist in the Added Qualification in Headache Medicine (AQH) designation.

The Headache Care Center will help people all varieties of headaches, including tension, sinus, rebound and migraine headaches.
