South Windsor Man Accused of Violating a Protective Order

Dennis Madairy, 44, arrested on a warrant for Sept. 16 incident.

A South Windsor man was recently arrested for violating a protective order.

South Windsor police arrested Dennis Madairy, 44, of 33 Riverside Drive on a warrant Oct. 1 and charged him with criminal violation of a protective order.

Police said that Madairy’s charge stems from a Sept. 16 incident in which he went to a South Windsor home in violation of a standing protective order. Madairy fled before the police arrived and an arrest warrant was later obtained.

He was held on a $50,000 surety bond and was presented at Manchester Superior Court on Oct. 2.
