South Windsor Man Charged with Stalking, Harassing Teen
The man was arrested on a warrant Tuesday.

South Windsor police have arrested Thomas Izraelevitz, 19, on a warrant for allegedly stalking and threatening a 16-year-old girl.
NBC Connecticut reports Izraelevitz allegedly texted and Facetimed the girl, posing as someone else, and scared her. The victim feared for safety because a stranger called and texted her, saying he knew where she lived, according to NBC.
Izraelevitz, of 114 Woodland Drive, South Windsor, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant and charged with second-degree stalking, second-degree threatening, second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.

Izraelevitz was held on $40,000 surety bond and was presented at Manchester Superior Court later on Tuesday morning, according to police.
