South Windsor Man Fails to Show Up for Court Twice, Police Say
Police say the man was twice scheduled to show up to court but didn't show up.
South Windsor police say Alexander Martinez, age 42, of 50 Darlene Drive, is charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
Police say they arrested Martinez on a warrant on Tuesday.
He was released on a $5000.00 surety bond. Martinez is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on January 5, 2015.
