South Windsor Police Arrests Include Assault, Breach of Peace Charges

Recent arrests by the South Windsor Police Department.

Breach of Peace:

South Windsor Police responded to a Frazer Fir Road home for a 911 hang-up call on March 29. The officers learned that a physical dispute had taken place between two residents.

Officers arrested the male, Yuqi Wang, 43, of 16 Frazer Fir Rd. He was charged with breach of peace and was later released on a $5,000 cash bond.

On Wednesday, April 1, at about 1 a.m., a South Windsor Police officer stopped a vehicle on Buckland Road for a violation. Officers learned the operator was wanted on a re-arrest warrant. Officers arrested the man, Carlos Santos, 23, of 1905 Broad Street in Hartford. He was charged with second-degree failure to appear and was later released on a $5,000 surety bond. Santos was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Wednesday.
