South Windsor Police Arrests Include Assault, DUI, Failure to Appear Charges
Recent arrests by the South Windsor Police Department.

The following information has been provided by the South Windsor Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
South Windsor police arrested Samuel Miller, 22, of 17 Cinnamon Springs, South Windsor, on Nov. 29 on several arrest warrants. He was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, breach of peace, two counts of second-degree failure to appear and three counts of violation of probation. Miller was held on $100,000 surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Dec. 1.
Rolando Collazo, 31, of 4 Carolina Road in Stamford, was arrested Nov. 30 on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and failure to have headlamps lit. An officer stopped a vehicle on Ellington Road for a violation at about 1 a.m. on Nov. 30. The officer suspected that the operator was under the influence of alcohol. Following a series of roadside sobriety tests officers arrested the man, Collazo, who was later released on a $500 non-surety bond.

David Diaz, 28, of 10 Asnuntuck St. in Enfield, was arrested Dec. 1 on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under suspension and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. He was later released on a $1,200 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Dec. 15.
Saidi Campbell, 38, of 139 Glenn St. in New Britain, was arrested Dec. 7 on two counts of second-degree failure to appear, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, no insurance, misuse of registration plates and operating an unregistered vehicle. He was later released on a $9,300 surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Dec. 15.
