South Windsor Police Arrests Include Charges of Identity Theft, Larceny
Recent arrests by the South Windsor Police Department.

The following information has been provided by the South Windsor Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Identity Theft in the Second degree/Larceny in the Fifth degree:
On Tuesday, Sept. 1, South Windsor Police arrested Keith Brown, 35, of 275 Granby St. Hartford, on an arrest warrant. He was charged with second-degree identity theft, fifth-degree larceny and criminal impersonation. Brown was later released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and was scheduled to be in court on Sept. 10.

Larceny in the Second degree/ Identity Theft in the First degree:
On Tuesday, Sept. 1, South Windsor Police arrested Daniel Savage, 55, of 55 Middle Drive, East Hartford, on an arrest warrant. He was charged with second-degree larceny and first-degree identity theft. Savage was held on $90,000 surety bond and was scheduled to be in court on Sept. 2.

Evading Responsibility/Failure to Drive in Proper Lane:
On Sunday, Sept. 6, South Windsor Police arrested Nicholas Higley, 27, of 135 Morgan Farms Drive, South Windsor. He was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane. Higley was later released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Sept. 14
Police said Higley’s charge stems from an accident on Sunday, Sept. 6 at 3 p.m. in which he struck a fire hydrant and left the scene. Officers later located Higley at his home and arrested him.
