SOUTH WINDSOR, CT - South Windsor arrest log:

-- Marcelo Campos, 37, of 578 Ellington Road, South Windsor, was charged with failing to stop when signaled, failure to have headlamps, and obstructed windshield. He was later released on $7,500 bond. Campos is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on May 6.

Campos’ charges stem from a Feb. 21 incident in which an officer attempted to stop his vehicle. He failed to stop for the officer and the officer later identified Campos as the vehicle operator.

-- Matthew Madley, 39, of 16 Hillside Lane, Wallingford, was charged with violation of probation and released on $25,000 bond. Madley is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on May 8.

-- Anthony Kehayias, 47, of 229 Farnham Road, South Windsor, was charged with first-degree violation of conditions of release. He was held on $2,500 bond and was scheduled to be presented at Manchester Superior Court Wednesday.
