April 25
Eric Waldron, 34, of 19 Centre Street, Mansfield, was charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and making a false statement.
Waldron’s charges stem from a burglary complaint made by a resident of Natures Way on Feb. 11. A man was seen leaving the home in a vehicle by a witness who then discovered a burglary at the house. Investigators determined Waldron was the involved person and later obtained an arrest warrant for him. Waldron was later released on $35,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on May 5, 2016.
April 26
Kassandra Garcia, 23, of 107 Putnam St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree identity theft, third-degree forgery and fourth-degree larceny.
Garcia’s charges stem from a Jan. 2016 complaint from a local business that one of their checks had been stolen and altered, making Garcia the payee of a $1,728.00 check. Investigators obtained bank records and determined Garcia’s identity. An arrest warrant was later obtained and served at Manchester Superior Court Tuesday, where Garcia was being held on unrelated charges. Garcia was held at court on $10,000 surety bond and arraigned later that morning.
April 27
Richard Langley, 50, of 35 Lamotte Rd., Coventry, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Langley’s charge stems from an April 2, 2016 threatening complaint. A citizen complained that during a verbal dispute, a co-worker threatened to go to his vehicle, retrieve a gun and shoot him. No actual weapon was seen but the victim was concerned for his safety. An arrest warrant was later obtained and served Wednesday. Langley was later released on a $2,500 non-surety bond, and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on May 5, 2016.
